This week we had the honor to host a party at Covet Lounge. This recently opened lounge is cause for your devilish desire, as the name of the space, Covet, implies. Take your pick of a classy after-work dinner or an evening rendezvous one floor below the taxi-strewn street level. You may just find yourself cuddling with good company in the nooks and crannies of Covet, part of the seductive design created by owner Eric Milon. The interior is carried by a candlelit ambiance, shrouded staircases and an exotic mesh of animal print, marble, metals and glossy wood. These oddities, played up by bear-skinned throw pillows, cowhide ottomans, and zebra-print furs may be extremely conducive to your nightly endeavors, with drinks that include grilled octopus as garnishes, as well. This space caters to a large crowd, but after cozying up with someone special, you might want to take advantage of the intimate rooms off the main hallway, one even furnished with a bed and mirrored ceiling. Not swayed yet? Try one of their special drinks to heighten the mood.
